We know you’re gonna love your Team Marine Services product but if for some reason you aren’t 100% satisfied we offer refunds on orders placed directly with Team Marine Services via our website within 30 days of the purchase date. You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless authorized by Team Marine Services. Yet, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 15% per item restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds will be processed and credited to the original purchaser's credit card within (3) days of receiving the returned merchandise. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To help expedite the return process please have a copy of the original receipt available before you contact us.
